MARKET RESEARCH · COMMERCIAL STRATEGY · DATA ANALYTICS

I connect market research with data analysis to inform product positioning and commercial decisions. My project experience spans B2B AI commercialisation, early-stage travel products and customer-service automation.

02 / ABOUT & CAPABILITIES
Cheng-Ju Wu

The customer. The numbers. The connection.

My background combines marketing, commercial strategy and data analytics. I am most interested in problems where the answer depends on understanding both the customer and the numbers: who the priority segment is, what problem matters most, how a product should be positioned, and what evidence supports the decision.

Across consulting, startup and analytical projects, I have worked with market research, segmentation, competitive analysis, pricing logic, customer-data workflows and data visualisation. I value structured thinking, clear evidence and recommendations that can be translated into practical action.
